In accordance with the WRCO Constitution and regulational requirements, the 1st Board of Directors of WRCO has proposed to elect one additional Vice President and change the Secretary-Genaral, through procedures including research, nomination, and motion.
The proposed candidate of additional Vice President is Mr. LIANG Liang, and the proposed candidate of Secretary-General is Mr. XIU Wei.
The proposed candidates are hereby publicly announced. Should any objections arise during the announcement period, please contact WRCO.

Mr. XIU Wei, male, born in June 1988, Master's degree, Head of Academic Events of Chinese Institute of Electronics.
